SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
In-stock orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped no later than the following day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out by the following Tuesday (excluding holidays).
While we ship worldwide, orders placed online are only for shipping in the continental US. For AK, HI and Canadian orders, please call 212-477-0400.
POP UP SHOP SHIPPING RATES:
These shipping fees below are for Pop Up Shop orders only. Any orders (PAPER AND ITEMS NOT IN THE POP UP SHOP) placed with NY Central Order Dept. are determined by size, weight and destination of the package. Orders are shipped ground unless indicated by customer that the order is to be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day. If an order has to be shipped the same day, the order must be called to the order dept. at (800)950-6111 before 12 PM Eastern time and let the sales person that the order must be shipped that day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are returning a gift, it can be returned for an online merchandise credit less the shipping charge.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition. In the package include a copy of your invoice.
